Q: How do I know my item has shipped?
A: You will receive an email from UPS with the tracking number and the delivery ETA. The email will be sent to the email address you provided at time of check out / payment. Please watch for the emails as they sometimes end up in ‘spam’ inboxes. You can also check on the shipping status by visiting UPS online.
Q: Can these winches hold hoisted weight?
A: Our winches are not supposed to be used as a hoist because they are made with dynamic brakes vs. a mechanical brake. A dynamic brake uses the gears in the winch to provide resistance acting as a brake. But if there is enough force on the winch cable, the line can still "bleed" or be pulled out, which is why. A mechanical brake is a physical brake that locks the spool into place so there is no line bleed.
Q: How much to ship to Canada?
A: We do Ship to Canada and we will provide all the custom paperwork to clear your products through customs. We ship UPS and the cost varies from California.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A:We do Ship Overseas - a custom quote will be made through a clearing agent or through UPS.
Q: Can you ship my product overnight, 2day or have delivered on a Saturday?
A: We can ship your product anyway you want it but the most cost affective way is UPS ground and can take up to 7-10 days.
