Shipping & Delivery

All UPS deliveries will require a physical address as most of our items cannot be delivered to a PO Box. All international orders will require a valid telephone number for customs to contact you prior to delivery.Prompt notification of your shipment will be sent to your email address registered with eBay. If you do not receive notification within 2-3 business days, please contact us by email using the Contact Us page. All out of country orders (including Canada) will be responsible for any 3rd party taxes, duties, broker fees etc. which are associated with carriers such as UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, DHL and any other common carriers. Truck & Winch/Onyx Sales Inc. is not authorized to make any changes to any values of items that are traveling across the US border to reduce customs fees. Insured values may be estimated at Truck & Winches discretion.

Returns & Replacements

Customer service and customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply email us to set-up a return and ship it back to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less any shipping charges incurred by us. This also applies to all listings with Free Shipping. In the event that your product is defective (which is very uncommon) please contact us immediately so one of our representatives can work with you to make the exchange as quickly as possible. We do not accept returned items that have been used or opened. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and must be in resalable condition in order to get a full refund. If the item cannot be sold as new, a restocking fee will be charged.

At the close of this auction we require payment to be made within 3 days and will guarantee the product will ship on the same day or the next business day after payment has been received.

Tuff Stuffs Recovery Gear & Accessories are designed and engineered in the USA to extremely high standards. The Quality Control in the factory also meets or exceeds industry standards making the overall quality of our equipment incredible, which is why we offer a 1 year warranty on all recovery accessories from the date received. (Due to the nature of the product and its intended use, ropes & cables do not have a warranty)
